A telescoping steel bar that wedges into a doorway for pull-ups, chin-ups and hanging leg raises, then lifts out and drops to floor level for sit-ups, curls and stretches. Nothing is screwed into the frame, so it moves between rooms in seconds.
Adjustable width: 27.2 to 36.2 inches (70-92 cm)
Capacity: up to 440 lb
Material: alloy steel
Colour: red and black
Check the fit and tighten fully before each session; the bar relies on firm contact with a sound door frame. Wipe the grips down after use.
