Each The Hairist parcel travels with a tracking number. We email it to you at the moment of dispatch, which is within 0-1 business days of your order; standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Enter the number below to see where your parcel is right now.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmation: sent straight after checkout, with your order number.
- Shipping confirmation: sent when the carrier collects the parcel, with the tracking number and a link.
- On the way: the carrier updates the tracking page at every scan until the parcel reaches your door.
If the tracking is not moving
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipping email. If there has been no update for several days, or the parcel shows as delivered but is not with you, write to support@thehairist.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you posted.
