An elastic strap that anchors over a closed door and gives you a firm, adjustable hold for deep stretches, supported backbends, splits practice and inversion work. Adjust the length to your height and the pose, then let the strap take the load your hands would otherwise carry.
Colour: purple
Adjustable length for users of different heights and flexibility
Anchors over a standard door; no drilling
Suits yoga, dance, gymnastics and general mobility training
Check the anchor is seated and the door is closed and latched before loading the strap. Wipe with a damp cloth and hang to dry.
